Hello! I’m Erin, the founder of Pins & Petals and creator of beautiful events for Events by Pins & Petals. I am also the co-creator of my 3 beautiful children; Poppy, Hudson, and Holland. I live in Danville, California with my love, Brian, along with our three dogs who complete our chaotic household. For the past 15 years, I have worked as an event planner, making my clients’ dreams come true all over California.
My passion for event planning started at a young age while I was working for a private country club. The first time I set up 250 place cards for a black-tie wedding, my fate was sealed as an Event Planner! I went on to study Hospitality at San Francisco State University and then UC Berkeley where I became a certified Meeting & Event Planner. Weddings, Social Events, Corporate Events and Sporting Events — you name it, I love it all!
Event Planning is my trade but hosting parties is my calling.
Event Planning is my trade but hosting parties is my calling.
I launched Pins & Petals in 2011 as a creative outlet after I had my first child, Poppy. I started writing about whatever DIY project I was working on, an event I was very excited about, a new recipe I created, or just simply about life as a working mom. Fast forward to today, 2021, and my creative outlet has evolved into a thriving business that allows me to combine a few passions - taking a clients event from a vision to a reality and turning anything beautiful into something extraordinary.
In both my professional and personal life, I believe that love, kindness, honestly and genuineness are paramount to success. As a wife, a working mom of three, a devoted sister, daughter and friend, I am grateful for all that we are so fortunate to have in this life. I am committed to raising good humans and having fun while doing it!
Gratefully, welcome to my Blog. My goal is to share my gorgeous client events, DIY projects and ideas, thoughts and emotions, and my love for hosting parties for family and friends.
Whatever my post might be, my hope is that I have inspired you in some way.
